Description:
The work involves the unification (merging of already existing projects) into one, coherently functioning system. The company, for which the work is being done, generally handles the printing of all kinds of correspondence (letters, documents) sent by facilities such as offices, doctors, or other institutions that send messages to citizens en masse, as well as books and magazines. The company manages the entire process from receiving the file, to its proper printing, packaging, and shipping – from the moment a PDF file is received to its handover to the courier company. The development team’s task is to create a single platform that will enable centralized management of processes and their development. For example, introducing one fix will occur once, and apply to all components of the entire printing process. The second part of the system involves the delivery of correspondence in digital form, such as emails or SMS messages. All created elements are thoroughly tested by our developers, to ensure the system’s ease of expansion in the future.
Implementation into the project
Familiarization with the current processes was not problematic for our specialists. From the first day of work for the client, documentation was created, and the code is written according to best practices. The system and how it behaves, operates, and should be used is very detailed. Our Senior Developer, supported by a Junior, play a key role in the project and are primarily responsible for the work related to creating the aforementioned system.
