How do I connect CakePHP Experts with a potential client?
The way you connect us with the client is up to you! You can provide us with the contact information via email, or you can arrange a meeting for us – it’s all your decision!
What types of bonuses can I receive for referring a new client?
We offer several forms of rewards for our partners who refer clients. They are described below:
1. Lead referral (qualified) = $50
2. BONUS for signing a contract with a new customer = $500
3. Starting bonus – We pay for each team member total of 600 USD – 1800 USD during first 3 months based on the developers seniority level.
The bonus is paid during first 3 months for each team member reffered:
Junior Developer 3×200 USD = 600 USD
Mid-Level Developer 3×400 USD = 1200 USD
Senior Developer 3×600 USD = 1800 USD
4. Recurring bonus – 3% of revenue / month
What is meant by a "qualified lead"?
A qualified lead is a client with whom a meeting has been held and an offer has been sent (developer profiles/quotation). The lead must be qualified within two weeks of the referral by the partner. We will inform the partner via email once the lead has been qualified.
How long does it take to receive the referral bonus, and in what form is it given?
All types of bonuses are sent to the partner within 14 business days. The partner should send us an invoice for the bonus amount in USD. The invoice should state „Marketing fee for client referral.” Invoice details are agreed upon individually with the partner.
How do I know the stage of negotiations with the client?
CakePHP Experts commits to reporting every step with the client to the partner. The partner should monitor the situation and intervene if there is a prolonged pause or lack of information from either CakePHP Experts or the referred client.
How do I know the amount for the "one-time bonus for role" I am entitled to?
The bonus for the role depends on the seniority of the referred developer. Below you can check the seniority level of your developer according to our standards:
- Junior Developer: 0-2 years of experience
- Mid-Level Developer: 2-5 years of experience
- Senior Developer: 5+ years of experience
Remember, the role bonus is only granted for a worked month. If the client terminates the contract or pauses work mid-month, the bonus is not granted.
How is the 3% revenue bonus paid out?
The 3% revenue bonus is also invoiced as a service. Within 3 business days of the end of the month, CakePHP Experts will provide the partner with the 3% revenue amount via email. The partner should issue the appropriate invoice upon receiving this information.
Do I need to sign any agreement with CakePHP Experts?
Yes, we sign agreements with all partners referring clients to us, ensuring the conditions remain unchanged and the due bonuses are paid. We will provide you with a draft agreement at the initial stages of discussions, and the agreement will be signed before the lead is qualified.
